Dates: 16/17 April, 10am to 5pm
Hedingham Castle, Castle Hedingham, nr Braintree, Essex. The event features challenging battle combat, siege warfare, authentic Living History encampment & serious archery at the UK¹s finest Norman keep. Paladins of Chivalry will be entertaining the crowds with their dancing, arming a Knight and a combat tourney. Sir John Hawkwood the famous knight from Hedingham will also be encamped at the Castle. In addition The Medieval Siege Society will also besiege the Keep. Gordon Hiscock will be returning with his birds of prey. The Norfolk Long-bowmen will be available for members of the public to Have-a-go at archery. Admission: Adults £8, Children £6, Family £28. Contact: Hedingham Castle |
