Teaching Tudors

Barley Hall, Coffee Yard, off Stonegate, York

From York Minster walk down Minster Gate and Stonegate look on the left for a "Red Devil" gorbal end (that's the bit of the rafter that sticks out beyond the building) on a shop front and turn left into a narrow alleyway. Barley Hall is a hidden gem in the centre of York close to the Minster.

Tues 30 May Tudor Bookbinding by Master Will Styles of History Alive. Master Will has an immense    

                       collection of facsimile copies of books from the Tudor and Jacobean period. If you are interested

                       in a particular subject he may have a book about it.Email him here in advance for details
